What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.

How should I care for my apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry medium. Medium/hot iron. Do not iron design. These tips will help to keep your purchase looking like new. Special care instructions relative to a particular product will be noted on its product page.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of your order as long as the apparel is unworn and unwashed. The product must be in “new” condition and free from any stains, pet hairs or odors. Shipping costs are not refundable and refunds are subject to restocking fees.  Please follow the instructions on this Return-Exchange Form.

Should I return a defective item or an item that was shipped to me by mistake?

Do not return an item that was incorrectly shipped to you or is defective. Please email us and we’ll resolve the matter.

Can I order from a catalog?

Sorry, we do not have a catalog. You may purchase our products through our secure online store.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled since processing begins immediately. Please feel free to return or exchange your purchase once you have received it.

When will I receive my order?

Although we hope to ship our products a few days after an order is received, it could take 7 to 15 days. We keep a minimum amount of inventory on hand. We customarily accept orders Monday through Sunday and screen our products the following week. This process helps to keep our costs and prices as low as possible.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

We offer free Priority shipping for destinations in the United States via USPS.  If you wish another shipping method or if you are an international customer, please contact us for shipping costs.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

How do I track my package?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You may track the progress of your order via the USPS website. Tracking is unavailable for international orders. Sorry!

Yes, bulk ordering is available. Please contact us with details your order, and we will respond promptly.
